Background
With a passion for process optimization and innovation, I worked as an Operations Consultant during my Business Administration studies at the University of Amsterdam. In this role, I gained valuable experience in implementing and improving innovative solutions, which inspired me to pursue a master’s degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation. This combination has strengthened my analytical and critical thinking skills and taught me to work effectively both independently and in teams. At Ugoo, I can perfectly combine these interests by supporting clients with their projects and exploring a wide range of innovation initiatives.

Through my experience as an Operations Consultant, I have learned how to clearly map out processes. This enables me to quickly understand the needs and technical details of clients and their projects. With an entrepreneurial mindset, I actively contribute ideas and ensure that there is always a concrete plan on the table. This approach combines my analytical and social strengths—something I value and enjoy in consultancy. Altogether, it forms a working style that aligns perfectly with my role as an Innovation Consultant.
Personal
Friends would describe me as a social, optimistic, and organized person. I enjoy being active and taking initiative, especially when I can share those experiences with others. That might mean cooking an elaborate meal and spending the evening dining and playing games together, or celebrating at a fun festival. I also like to unwind by playing a round of golf with my brothers or relaxing in the sun at a nice café terrace. I truly come alive in good weather and often find myself seeking out the sun or the snow.
