Background
I bring my creative background in the events industry with me to Ugoo every day. It taught me how to adapt quickly, stay organized, and always think one step ahead. Whether things get busy or plans change at the last minute, I stay calm and make sure everything is taken care of.
As Office Manager, I’m the connecting link within Ugoo. I enjoy working with colleagues, clients, and partners, and I get energy from bringing people together. Organizing, planning, and taking work off people’s hands come naturally to me, while always keeping the people around me in mind.
Alongside structure and organization, I like to bring a sense of fun to the workplace. I believe that hard work and enjoying what you do go hand in hand. There is always room for a joke, a laugh, and a positive atmosphere, because when people enjoy working together, everything runs just a little more smoothly.
Personal
After a day full of organizing and managing, I like to swap my to-do list for a grocery list. In the kitchen I can express my creativity, and my Surinamese roots truly come to life. And let’s be honest: cooking is fun, but going out to eat is too. So chances are you’ll regularly find me in a nice restaurant or on a Friday afternoon at a terrace in Amsterdam. For me, that is the ideal way to recharge. A good balance between hard work, good food, and above all, enjoying life.
