Background
After completing a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, I went on to pursue a master’s degree in Sustainable Business Management. Both programs are very broad, as are my interests. Through work experience at government organizations, combined with experience at an IT consultancy firm and a company focused on making homes more sustainable, I have gained insight into both the public and private sectors. This combination now comes together nicely in my role as a junior innovation consultant at Ugoo.
Expertise
I see myself more as a generalist. My strength lies in approaching complex issues not from a single specialization, but by analyzing them from multiple perspectives and considering the viewpoints of various stakeholders. From a helicopter view, I am able to keep sight of the big picture in projects or challenges.
Furthermore, I quickly take ownership of new projects and navigate easily across different fields of work. This allows me to collaborate effectively with people from diverse specializations and be a constructive discussion partner. This is reflected in my varied work experience in technical sectors (IT and Infrastructure), despite not having a technical background myself.
Personal
I easily connect with people and enjoy being surrounded by others. In social settings, you’ll often see me moving around the room, trying to talk to everyone. At the same time, I enjoy taking on new challenges, focusing on them purposefully, and spending a bit more time on my own.
Besides work, sports are one of my biggest hobbies. I like practicing many different sports at the same time football, tennis, strength training, running, kickboxing, and more. Unfortunately, a week only has seven days, so I can’t do it all at the moment. Even on vacation, I don’t like staying idle and prefer to fill my time with activities like snowboarding, surfing, and hiking.
